GoBitcoiners’ Fee:
Minimum: $2.50 | Below $2,500: 2.0% | Above $2,500: 0.90%
Let’s take a closer look at how our fees are applied. In cases where a payment method has tiered fees based on the volume purchased, the final fee is calculated by combining the fees applied progressively across each tier. Allow me to illustrate this with an example:
Suppose you make a manual bank transfer purchase of $5,000. Here’s how the fee is applied:
* For the first $2,500, a fee of 2% is charged, amounting to $50.00.
* The remaining $2,500 incurs a fee of 0.90%, totaling $22.50.
When we add these fees together, the total fee for your purchase amounts to $72.50.
Network fee:
The network fee is determined by the miners/validators on the relevant blockchain and covers the cost of each transaction based on the network’s level of usage. It is paid entirely to the miners/validators to cover transaction costs. When you make a transaction, the network fee will be deducted from your principal amount and will not affect our fee. We have no control over the network fee as it is determined by the blockchain network.
Additional costs:
May apply depending on the country and fiat currency you’re using, as your bank may charge fees for currency conversion or international transactions. Please note that these fees are not set by us and are entirely at the discretion of your bank.
We recommend checking with your bank to determine the specific fees associated with these types of transactions.
Minimum amount:
When using the Lightning network, the transfer fees are typically low, which means you may receive an amount close to your requested deposit. However, it’s important to note that the Bitcoin network may have higher fees, and low deposits may not be transferred due to network fees. If you have any doubts, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Receiving your funds:
You have the flexibility to receive your funds in your preferred Bitcoin wallet, whether it’s custodial or self-custodial. There are numerous Bitcoin wallets available, but to make things easier for you, we’d like to recommend two options:
* Blink: It’s a self-custodial wallet that enables you to receive funds and make lightning-fast transactions via the Lightning network.

* Coinos: A free web wallet and payment page for everyone. Instant payments via Lightning.
